 1. Order Transit, Handling, and Cut-off Time

Our total delivery time is split into two parts: Handling (Processing) Time and Transit (Shipping) Time.

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST - Eastern Standard Time), Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will begin processing the next business day.

  • Order Handling & Processing Time: 1 to 3 Business Days (Monday to Friday). During this time, we verify your order, conduct quality checks, and securely pack your items.

  • Order Transit & Delivery Time: 7 to 12 Business Days (Monday to Friday).

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8 to 15 Business Days from the day you place your order.

 2. Shipping Regions

Chicvantaa currently ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this moment, nor do we ship to military addresses (APO/FPO) or P.O. Boxes.

 3. Shipping Costs and Rates

We believe in complete pricing transparency with absolute zero hidden fees or surprise charges at checkout.

  • Shipping Fee: 100% FREE Standard Shipping on all orders across our entire store.

  • Minimum Order Requirement: There is no minimum purchase amount required to qualify for free shipping.

The price you see on the product page is exactly the final price you will pay at checkout, excluding any applicable state sales taxes.

 4. Order Tracking Information

Once your package has been handed over to our shipping carrier, an automated confirmation email containing your secure Tracking Number and carrier details will be sent to the email address associated with your order.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking status to update on the carrier's portal. If you do not receive your tracking details within 5 business days, please contact our support team immediately at help@chicvantaa.com.

 5. Order Cancellations & Address Corrections

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is 100% accurate at checkout. Chicvantaa is not legally or financially liable for lost packages, processing delays, or misdeliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • Immediate Modifications: If you notice an error in your shipping details, you must contact us at help@chicvantaa.com within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order enters processing, changes cannot be guaranteed.

 6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • Carrier Delays: While we strive to meet all estimated timelines, external factors like severe weather conditions, carrier delays, or national holidays can occasionally affect transit times.

  • Damaged Packages: If your merchandise arrives damaged during transit, please take clear photos of the outer packaging and the broken item, and email us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your official Order Number so we can issue an expedited replacement or refund.
