Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Chicvantaa. We want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To ensure a transparent and stress-free shopping experience, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy.

You have 30 days after receiving your cat accessories to request a return.

1. Eligibility Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a successful return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the exact same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, and clean (free of pet hair).

  • The item must have all original tags attached and be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt, order number, or valid proof of purchase.

Note: Items sent back to us without first formally requesting a return via email will not be accepted.

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at help@chicvantaa.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

  2. If your return is accepted, we will email you a Return Shipping Label, along with detailed instructions on how and where to ship your package.

3. Return Fees & Costs (Transparent Pricing)

  • Return Shipping Cost: If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item), Chicvantaa covers 100% of the return shipping cost. For remorse returns (e.g., you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/color), the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.

  • Restocking Fee: We believe in honest business. Chicvantaa charges $0.00 Restocking Fees on all valid returns.

4. Damages, Wrong Items, and Delivery Issues

Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. Contact us at help@chicvantaa.com within 48 hours if:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective.

  • You receive the wrong item or color.

  • The package never arrives or is lost in transit.

In any of these cases, we will immediately send a replacement product or issue a full 100% refund at no extra cost to you.

5. Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons (especially regarding pet products), we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used pet items that show clear signs of wear, dirt, or pet hair.

  • Customized or personalized pet items.

  • Gift cards or promotional sale items.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the exact item or size you want is to return the original item following the steps above. Once your return is accepted and processed, you can make a completely separate purchase for the new item on our website.

7. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if our merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must still meet our standard eligibility conditions (unused, tagged, and in original packaging).

8. Refunds Processing Timeline

Once we receive, inspect, and approve your returned item at our New York facility, we will send you an email notification.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time (usually 3–5 business days) to post the refund to your account.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your funds, please contact us immediately at help@chicvantaa.com.
